Every dog enjoys a quiet rest period from 11am–12pm, helping them learn to settle, regulate their energy levels and recharge for the rest of the day. Lunch is provided during this time for dogs who require it.

Yes. Your dog is supervised throughout the day by our fully trained handlers. They enjoy woodland walks, basic training and enrichment activities such as treasure hunts, while our low dog-to-handler ratio ensures they receive constant supervision and care.

Yes. We welcome a limited number of puppies so we can give them the extra attention they need during their early development. This also allows us to introduce them gradually to older, well-socialised dogs, helping them build confidence and learn positive social skills in a safe, supervised environment.

Every dog settles in at their own pace. If your dog is nervous or anxious, we'll begin by introducing them to a small, calm group where they can build confidence in a relaxed environment. As they become more comfortable, we'll gradually integrate them into larger groups with friendly, well-socialised dogs. We always let your dog's confidence dictate the pace, ensuring the experience is positive, safe and stress-free.

Yes. We provide free collection and drop-off using our custom-built, air-conditioned vans, fitted with secure individual crates for your dog's comfort and safety. If required, we're also happy to securely hold house keys, making collection and drop-off as convenient as possible for you.

Absolutely. We encourage all prospective owners to visit our centre before booking, and we'd even recommend visiting other facilities too. Choosing the right daycare is an important decision, and we believe you should feel just as happy and confident with your choice as your dog does. We'll be happy to show you around, answer any questions, and explain how we care for our dogs.
